I had been wanting to change my dentist for a while and I’m so glad that I was recommended Dentalkind in Billericay. The whole team are amazing. The surgery is modern and bright, and the reception staff and dental nurses are lovely and very reassuring. Today I have had an extraction and was extremely anxious because of a bad experience at my previous dentist. Now no-one enjoys having an extraction, but I was beyond surprised and speechless when it took Dr Sergio less than a minute (no word of a lie) to extract the tooth. He explained the procedure from start to finish and Shiv, his dental nurse was brilliant at managing my anxiety and making sure I was ok after. This is the 4th time I’ve seen Dr Sergio and I think it’s fair to say I’m definitely not going anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

My experience at Dentalkind has been amazing. I had composite bonding on my top six teeth, and Sergio did an incredible job. I visited DentalKind for root canal treatment today. I was very anxious following a bad experience but Dr Sergio Madrigal Cerro could not have been more kind. He took time to put me at ease, the procedure was painless and he checked I was comfortable throughout. I will certainly be less fearful when I return for my follow up appointment. As someone that’s struggled with a really horrible phobia of the dentist since a child coming to DentalKind was the best thing I could have done! Every single member of staff I’ve spoken to have been so incredibly kind and helpful, Dr Sergio is absolutely amazing and never do I dread coming in to see him! The fact I can now come into the dentist with zero anxiety and willingly sit in a dentist chair has changed my life! ❤️

Dr Sunil and his team were the absolute best. From the start till the end they were very kind and professional. Through the treatments Dr Sunil advised which was Invisalign and composite bonding I now feel confident with my smile which is all I ever asked for. I would recommend DentalKind to anyone!

I have been a patient at Dentalkind for just over a year now (after a recommendation from my best friend) and I have to say this is the best dental practice that I have been to. Dr Sunil and his team are so professional, supportive and caring. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming. I recently needed an implant and the whole process went so smoothly. Dr Sunil took time to explain the procedure at each stage and the aftercare and communication were excellent. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I recently visited DentalKind, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. The reception team welcomed me warmly and professionally, making me feel completely comfortable. If I could give 6 stars I would. I had an emergency appointment for a wisdom tooth infection. I dealt with Tracey, Rahul, Lauren and Sunil and their Assistants over the course of 8 hours and felt heard. They didn’t dismiss my pain and took extra steps with scans and a secondary appointment in the same day which ultimately lead to a significant pain reduction. They are a strong team with an outstanding skill set between them. They lead with curiosity, professional excellence and empathy. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I recently visited Dentalkind Clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Sergio was extremely professional and handled what was quite a difficult extraction with great care and skill. The whole procedure was done properly, and I felt reassured throughout. Dr Chirag also was extremely helpful for my review visit. The reception staff were also wonderful – very kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any queries I had. From start to finish, the service was smooth, efficient, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Dentalkind Clinic for anyone needing dental treatment – you will be in safe and friendly hands!

I unfortunately had to have an extraction today but all the staff were supportive and Sergio is a true professional and gentleman. Talked me through what would happen and made it painless and stress free as he could. Hats off to these guys, they know, but more importantly care, about what they’re doing. 10/10

From the second you walk in you are greeted with a really friendly and enthusiastic reception team, they make you feel very welcome and at ease. I had some dental work done by Sergio, what an amazing guy, the root canal was done perfectly and my composite bonding looks amazing! Thank you so much Sergio and the team, you guys are amazing!!

I came to sanil at dental kind after 2 years plus from another private dental practice in the area, distraught and with extreme anxiety and little hope of a resolution for the state my mouth had been left in, sanil was very calming and honest from the outset and has not only over time restored my confidence and appearance but has produced amazing results. So I Can now smile happily and confidently, I can't recommend this practice enough, all the reception staff are so helpful and friendly. I now have no anxiety about visiting the dentist. Thankyou all so much for everything you have all done and I will never go anywhere else thanks to your kindness and absolutely amazing service you all provide.

Such amazing service, we cannot recommend Dr Chirag highly enough! All the staff at reception and all the dental assistants were also so kind, friendly and helpful too. After being too scared to go near a dentist for many years, we took the plunge and were put at ease every single visit. They have instantly become my family's go to dentists!

I explained that it had been a long time since my last dental visit and that I was quite anxious. She immediately reassured me and recommended Dr. Rahul, noting his expertise with nervous patients. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rahul, and he was precisely as described—very kind and thorough. He explained the procedures clearly, took the time to address all my concerns, and treated my tooth pain efficiently. I love the team at dentalkind. From the reception team to dentist and hygienist, they are all so friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease when you get there and throughout the procedures. I’ve had a few things done over the last year since I joined and can’t fault the professionalism and friendliness. It’s my preferred private practice and will continue to use it and recommend it. Great for kids too as little had to have a procedure done and they were great with her! Highly recommend!

Although I would have preferred not to be in the position of needing an Emergency tooth extraction on a Saturday I was so pleased with the experience at Dental Kind. I was in so much pain and never had toothache before in my life and I’m 63 now. Advice was professional and choice was made for extraction which went smoothly and to my appreciation and surprise no pain. Very nice people all round. Thank you

I have just finished my course of Invisalign and veneers with Dr Chirag. I felt Dr Chirag completely understood my concerns and addressed them all well! He took time to design a treatment plan for me and explained clearly in person, on the phone and sometimes video calls every step of the process. I am absolutely over the moon with the end result. My teeth are better than I could’ve imagined I’ve now found a dentist I trust and would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Chirag!

I saw Hollie to day for my first hygiene appointment. I simply couldn’t be happier. She was kind , patient and do caring. I’m very nervous, she put me at ease from the very start. Explained everything which helped me massively. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you x

My daughter is very nervous of needles and dentist. She had to have a wisdom tooth removed. She is 21 but I travelled down from the north to be with her. Dr Sergio and his nurse Yasmin were amazing. Literally within 15 minutes all over and done. My daughter didn’t even realise the tooth was removed. Has had no issues since. The care was second to none thank you so much. This positive experience will make it a lot easier for her in future.

Recently registered with DentalKind after becoming unhappy with my previous dentist. Whilst waiting for my initial examination I had an emergency which they were able to sort out on the day. My first appointment was with Dr Sunil, he was very easy to talk to and understanding of the issues I had, he explained everything really well and made sure I fully understood my treatment plan. I've just finished a couple of sessions with Holly the hygienist and whilst I don't relish this kind of thing, it's impossible not to feel completely at ease when you're in the hands of someone who's clearly exceptional at their job. My mouth/teeth have never felt so good and with all of the information and advice she gave me I'm confident that feeling will continue. From the receptionists to the dentists, everything about DentalKind has been first rate. If you're looking for a first dentist or thinking about changing from your current one, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
