DentalKind is the most professional, kind and helpful practice I’ve ever been with. I’m so happy I joined here. From the reception team to every staff member at the clinic are so lovely. It’s like walking into a warm family environment. I am a patient who has had phobia from dentists for years. I was so nervous when I had my first visit. Sunil made that all fly away. If I could give 6 stars I would. I had an emergency appointment for a wisdom tooth infection. I dealt with Tracey, Rahul, Lauren and Sunil and their Assistants over the course of 8 hours and felt heard. They didn’t dismiss my pain and took extra steps with scans and a secondary appointment in the same day which ultimately lead to a significant pain reduction. They are a strong team with an outstanding skill set between them. They lead with curiosity, professional excellence and empathy. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I recently visited Dentalkind Clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Sergio was extremely professional and handled what was quite a difficult extraction with great care and skill. The whole procedure was done properly, and I felt reassured throughout.
Dr Chirag also was extremely helpful for my review visit.
The reception staff were also wonderful – very kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any queries I had. From start to finish, the service was smooth, efficient, and genuinely caring.

I unfortunately had to have an extraction today but all the staff were supportive and Sergio is a true professional and gentleman. Talked me through what would happen and made it painless and stress free as he could.

From the second you walk in you are greeted with a really friendly and enthusiastic reception team, they make you feel very welcome and at ease. I had some dental work done by Sergio, what an amazing guy, the root canal was done perfectly and my composite bonding looks amazing!

I came to sanil at dental kind after 2 years plus from another private dental practice in the area, distraught and with extreme anxiety and little hope of a resolution for the state my mouth had been left in, sanil was very calming and honest from the outset and has not only over time restored my confidence and appearance but has produced amazing results. So I Can now smile happily and confidently, I can't recommend this practice enough, all the reception staff are so helpful and friendly. I now have no anxiety about visiting the dentist. Thankyou all so much for everything you have all done and I will never go anywhere else thanks to your kindness and absolutely amazing service you all provide.

Such amazing service, we cannot recommend Dr Chirag highly enough! All the staff at reception and all the dental assistants were also so kind, friendly and helpful too. After being too scared to go near a dentist for many years, we took the plunge and were put at ease every single visit. They have instantly become my family's go to dentists!

Great team at DentalKind and would highly recommend. Sunil has been fantastic, providing complex dental treatments for both my wife and I (as well as other family members that we have referred to the practice). In need of urgent dental care, I reached out to DentalKind and spoke with Megan, who was very pleasant. I explained that it had been a long time since my last dental visit and that I was quite anxious. She immediately reassured me and recommended Dr. Rahul, noting his expertise with nervous patients.

I love the team at dentalkind. From the reception team to dentist and hygienist, they are all so friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease when you get there and throughout the procedures. I’ve had a few things done over the last year since I joined and can’t fault the professionalism and friendliness. It’s my preferred private practice and will continue to use it and recommend it. Great for kids too as little had to have a procedure done and they were great with her! Highly recommend!

Although I would have preferred not to be in the position of needing an Emergency tooth extraction on a Saturday I was so pleased with the experience at Dental Kind.

I was in so much pain and never had toothache before in my life and I’m 63 now.

Advice was professional and choice was made for extraction which went smoothly and to my appreciation and surprise no pain.

I have just finished my course of Invisalign and veneers with Dr Chirag. I felt Dr Chirag completely understood my concerns and addressed them all well!
He took time to design a treatment plan for me and explained clearly in person, on the phone and sometimes video calls every step of the process.
I am absolutely over the moon with the end result. My teeth are better than I could’ve imagined
I’ve now found a dentist I trust and would highly recommend him.

I saw Hollie to day for my first hygiene appointment. I simply couldn’t be happier. She was kind , patient and do caring. I’m very nervous, she put me at ease from the very start. Explained everything which helped me massively. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you x

My daughter is very nervous of needles and dentist. She had to have a wisdom tooth removed. She is 21 but I travelled down from the north to be with her. Dr Sergio and his nurse Yasmin were amazing. Literally within 15 minutes all over and done. My daughter didn’t even realise the tooth was removed. Has had no issues since. The care was second to none thank you so much. This positive experience will make it a lot easier for her in future.

Recently registered with DentalKind after becoming unhappy with my previous dentist. Whilst waiting for my initial examination I had an emergency which they were able to sort out on the day. My first appointment was with Dr Sunil, he was very easy to talk to and understanding of the issues I had, he explained everything really well and made sure I fully understood my treatment plan.

I've just finished a couple of sessions with Holly the hygienist and whilst I don't relish this kind of thing, it's impossible not to feel completely at ease when you're in the hands of someone who's clearly exceptional at their job. My mouth/teeth have never felt so good and with all of the information and advice she gave me I'm confident that feeling will continue.

From the receptionists to the dentists, everything about DentalKind has been first rate. If you're looking for a first dentist or thinking about changing from your current one, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

A relative has severe dementia and had an accident where her front teeth were broken. The nature of her condition meant that the only way to proceed was by the use of sedation.After I contacted Dentalkind, they responded immediately, with kindness, compassion and efficiency. They arranged for an external sedationist, and scheduled the work with urgency. 2 sessions were needed (and a follow up examination), and at all times I was struck with how kind, patient and devoted to patient care everyone at Dentalkind was. Dr Chirag took charge of the situation and extracted the teeth and arranged for a permanent bridge to be constructed and then fitted it.

I could not recommend any dentists higher - they were a life-saver, literally.

Dentalkind have rescued me twice now in a crisis situation. They are always professional.supporrive kind and compassionate. The whole team are simply the best.

I have used Dr Sunil for various treatments including fillings, Invisalign and composite bonding over the past 24 months. I travel 90 minutes each way just to use him (after an initial recommendation) - he is THAT GOOD.

He has been absolutely amazing and the results have far surpassed what I ever initially thought possible. He is extremely gentle, thoughtful and caring (as someone who normally dislikes going the dentist, Sunil has completely removed this). He is very transparent and honest, always available to have open discussions and opinions too.

I could not recommend this practise anymore, he is the best in the business.

Went for my first appointment today at Dental Kind. From the moment I walked into the reception and were greeted by the friendly reception staff, I knew that I had chosen the right place. The dentist Sunil was amazing, honest, caring, very knowledgeable and realistic with what needed to be done. He made me feel at ease from the start. The dental nurses were also lovely & caring. Dr Chirag is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He has amazing attention to detail resulting in a fantastic Invisalign and composite bonding experience. I’ll be moving an hour away soon but there is no doubt that I will still be coming to dentalkind! Megan,Yasmin and the other staff are also always so lovely and welcoming! Kerry has a lovely manner and put Me at ease taking the sting out of My Anxiety .

I started my Invisalign journey with Chirag around 2 years ago. From the get go, he has understood what I wanted to achieve and whilst at the time it felt that the road ahead was long, in hindsight his attention to detail and patience are the reason for the fantastic results I’ve seen.

I had to have a number of fillings at the start of my treatment and must say it’s probably the most relaxed I’ve ever been at the dentist. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Sunil and his team are absolutely amazing.
The surgery is spotless, modern.
I went for sedation for my treatment, from initial visit to the sedation appointment the team put me at ease, and communication was spot on.
Arrived on the day, Pasq the sedation man was talkative, funny and managed to get my vein first try...no mean feat with my deep veins.
No one likes the dentist but I can not recommend Sunil and his team enough.

After a very bad experience as a child and many years of not going to a dentist, I eventually ended up at Dentalkind in Billericay, after calling them for an appointment and speaking to the great receptionist I ended up meeting the dentist Dr Chirag Gohil, who took the time to help me over my fears and set my mind at ease, he explained the procedure and exactly how things would go, and as I had to have a general anaesthetic because of my fears of dentists and needles, I had a denture fitting before the procedure and on waking up I was again cared for very well and I had a full set of temporary dentures awaiting me, I had several appointments after the procedure to make sure everything fitted well and after 6 months of healing I then had several appointments to take moulds and then new dentures were made for me these fit very well and are amazing and look great, I would very highly recommend this dentist to everyone especially if you are a nervous patient the whole practice is professional and friendly and really helped me get over my fears and made my experience the best it could possibly be.
