Patients wishing to re-order skincare products can either contact DentalKind directly (Tel: 01277 500 332, E-mail: info@dentalKind.com) or complete the form below.
A member of the team will be in touch to arrange a date for collection from DentalKind or we can deliver directly to you via Royal Mail signed for delivery (£5 charge for postage and packaging).
The team can take payment over the phone or patients have the option to pay on collection.
